"The personnel here have always been nice and professional. However, I am giving them 3 stars because in the nicest way possible, they do not have their stuff together. Whatever system they have for changing, adding or removing information is inefficient and worrisome. I had to remove a driver from my policy (who was only supposed to be on for a single month), and it took over a YEAR of back and forth, phone calls, emails, etc. before it was removed. They confirmed multiple times that the issue had been settle only for me to find out that it wasn't! I usually don't leave google reviews, but I was asked multiple times by State Farm to leave a review - so here is my honest lived-experience review. I hope this helps."

"BOTH AWFUL AND GREAT - This office had an agent who was defrauding clients. They fired her and another agent assured me I would be reimbursed but that did not happen, and I had further issues getting their attention to follow up. Once I investigated my legal options and informed them that I intended to escalate the matter, the owner himself responded and got it taken care of. I was on the fence about continuing with them after what was truly a hideous serious of experiences - and had actually insured a new car with Progressive - but Kyle was so attentive, concerned and solicitous that I have decided to give them another try, precisely for the personal touch I was offered in the end. I now have two policies with them."
