"I had clicked onto one of the car insurance “finder” sites on Facebook and State Farm reached out to me promptly. I was very pleased because I heard their rates had dropped. I felt my current car insurance rate was pretty high and I wanted to switch carriers. The customer service agent (Katlyn) who reached out was very pleasant and informative. The car insurance package was much more affordable without compromising the policy I had in place and I had no reservations in signing up with State Farm. I also signed up with the home insurance policy and I am very happy with the whole package."

"Deben mejorar la app dé rastreo dé Vehículos ya qué yo pensaba que mi teléfono hera el problema ya que estaba ya muy llena la memoria y algo viejo , pero reciente mente adquiri uno nuevo y tango el mismo problema cuando la app ésta rastreando el Vehículo consumé mucha batería y lo otro es que no funcina sí el teléfono tiene el modo Safe bateri y qreo que ése es el problema dé por lo cual consumé tanta batería , deberían arreglarla ya que tener que mantener lo cargando es un problema ya que el teléfono sé daña con el tiempo y eso le cuesta hal clientes que es el que esta pagando por un servicio ceria muy bueno qué lo arreglaran ."

I called my local State Farm office Kyle Rourke, and I was put in contact with Eric Steckley, whom made the transfer process seamless and enjoyable. I bundled my Home and Auto, saved a ton of money and received the best service you could expect and then some. Follow up customer service with Michelle was phenomenal. I can't tell you how happy we are now!! Thank you so much for all your help."
